Tonight my family feasted on Grumpy's BBQ sauce over Chicken, waxed beans with a dash of Grumpy's and mashed potatoes with the skins on , adding chopped dried celery, and onion. For dessert I filled the crockpot with peaches we had bought fresh and blanched and froze. 

The chicken was spicy but the mashed potatoes complimented the spice with a nice smooth flavor with the celery and onions. My momma made big chunks of onion and celery to her mashed potatoes and would skin them first in case you would prefer to do it that way. 

My goal was to use a recipe this evening but got a little carried away as we all do in the kitchen working with what we have available those days we don't plan ahead with a nice recipe.
